By using Aheadia AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Aheadia. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, you may only use Aheadia with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Aheadia provides AI-assisted homework explanations, scanning, chat, and study tools across math, physics, chemistry, biology, and other subjects. Solutions are for learning support and may contain errors. Always verify important work independently.
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Keep your login information secure. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the service, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your plan) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the applicable app store's policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device account settings. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly — these are handled by Apple or Google.
Aheadia's branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service to you.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mathematical solutions are checked against independent math engines before being shown to you, and other AI-generated content (such as explanations, chat responses, and non-math subjects) is generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Even verified solutions should not be treated as a substitute for your own understanding — always review your work. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any solution for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aheadia regarding your use of the app. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
